Work Experience:

Extensive experience in reading, writing, analyzing and evaluating – IT contracts from commercial, cost aspect while Procuring IT Services, Hardware, Software in legacy as well as emerging IT technologies like – ERP/ CRM/ Digital/ IoT/ Cloud/ Interface/ Mobility/ IT Infra & Security/ Analytics/ Data Storage/ Artificial Intelligence/ Telematics / GIS/ ASP/ API/ ESB/ UI-UX/  etc.

Ensure IT’s in-house skill in IT contracts (a) commercial and cost aspects, (b) in consideration to timely & smooth technical operational delivery.
Read, evaluate, write afresh, rewrite, amend, extend : IT Software, Hardware, Services Contracts, SLAs, MSAs, NDAs by modelling cost to :

(a) bring evident cost saving at the initial phase of contract life-cycle,
(b) mitigate risks (legal, financial, operational, forex)

(c) ensure that vendor agrees to precise deliverables of IT’s Delivery BU.
Negotiate monetary terms & non-monetary clauses with vendors in a way that Contracts (New ones, Change Requests, RFQs, RFPs, RFIs) are signed at optimal cost while fulfilling SLAs & relevant delivery metrics (time, quality, scope etc.)
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) for IT Contracts of various kinds : Leasing, T&M & FB Projects Services, Incident & Change Management, Cloud Environment, Software Licenses Subscription, Hardware AMC, Software as a Service (SaaS) etc.
Liaison with Finance, Legal & Procurement for the clauses and terms in the Contracts as per company policy and process compliance.
Keep repository of contracts & commercials documentation including standard templates. Devise Best Practices in IT Commercials, Contracts.
 

Position Summary with Job Responsibilities:

TML conducts its Enterprise Business Transactions primarily on SAP and on a variety of workflow & digital applications. All organisation facing processes like Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, HR, Supply Chain are covered by these systems. These system run the TML Business and all key transformational programs are embedded in the same. Collectively these systems account for 50% of all IT systems in TML today. These systems are developed and maitained by TML IT. 

This position will be working as a part of Vendor Management Control & Operations within TML IT Team which will act as a catalyst between Procurement, IT Delivery and Business.This positions will Read, evaluate and write IT’s cost contracts & commercials, NDAs by doing financial modelling with due respect to operations and IT / technical deliverables, SLAs, business priorities & timelines. Negotiate monetary terms & non-monetary clauses with vendors.

This positions requires, 

• A technically sound person for a leading automobile company’s IT function with immense experience in reading, writing, analyzing and evaluating – IT contracts from commercial, cost aspect while Procuring IT Services, Hardware, Software in legacy as well as emerging IT technologies like – ERP/ CRM/ Digital/ IoT/ Cloud/ Interface/ Mobility/ IT Infra & Security/ Analytics/ Data Storage/ Artificial Intelligence/ Telematics / GIS/ ASP/ API/ ESB/ UI-UX/  etc.
